WIN A $150 LUSH KIDZ WARDROBE

1. Promoter
The promoter is Lush Kidz Boutique (“Lush Kidz”), Australia.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 7:00 pm AEST on Saturday 3 October 2026 and closes at 7:00 pm AEST on Tuesday 1 December 2026.
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors and persons directly involved in conducting the promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
During the Promotion Period, entrants must:
- Follow Lush Kidz on the Facebook or Instagram platform on which they are entering.
- Like the official Lush Kidz $150 Wardrobe Giveaway post on that platform.
- Comment on the official giveaway post telling us which Lush Kidz piece they would choose with their $150 wardrobe.
The giveaway will run across both Facebook and Instagram. All valid entries received across both platforms will form part of one combined prize draw for one $150 prize.
Want two chances to win? Entrants may enter once on Facebook and once on Instagram. An entrant who completes all entry requirements separately on both platforms will receive two entries in the combined prize draw — one Facebook entry and one Instagram entry.
Sharing the giveaway, sharing it to Stories or tagging friends is appreciated but is not required to enter and does not provide additional entries.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring their entry is visible to Lush Kidz so eligibility can be verified.
5. Prize
There is one prize consisting of a $150 AUD Lush Kidz shopping voucher redeemable at lushkidz.co.
The total prize pool is $150 AUD.
The voucher is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Any purchase amount above the $150 voucher value is the responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection
This promotion is a game of chance.
After the Promotion Period closes, all valid eligible Facebook and Instagram entries will be combined into one draw.
One winner will be selected entirely at random from all valid eligible entries.
The content or wording of an entrant's comment will not affect their chance of winning.
The draw will take place on Wednesday 2 December 2026 in Queensland, Australia.
The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
7. Winner Notification & Announcement
The winner will be contacted by Lush Kidz through the social-media account used to submit the winning entry.
The winner will also be announced through the official Lush Kidz Facebook and/or Instagram accounts.
Please be scam aware: Lush Kidz will never ask a winner to provide credit-card or banking details or make a payment to claim this prize.
8. Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond to Lush Kidz within 14 days of notification and provide information reasonably required to confirm their eligibility and issue the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, is found to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the prize may be forfeited and another eligible winner selected at random.
Lush Kidz will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner before conducting a redraw.
9. Verification & Invalid Entries
Lush Kidz reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrant eligibility.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, submitted using false information or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid.
10. Privacy
Personal information supplied in connection with this promotion will be used to administer the giveaway, verify the winner and deliver the prize, and will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Lush Kidz Privacy Policy.
11. Facebook & Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Lush Kidz and not to Facebook or Instagram and release Facebook and Instagram from liability associated with the administration of this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
12. General
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If circumstances outside the reasonable control of Lush Kidz prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned, Lush Kidz may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
